TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated: 10 September 2026

These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the EPITOMI website.

EPITOMI is the trading name of [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS], registration number [REGISTRATION NUMBER] and VAT number [VAT NUMBER, IF APPLICABLE].

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Service, the Return and Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy.

1. EPITOMI Services

EPITOMI provides services and products that may include:

• consultancy and organisational support;

• education and training programmes;

• workshops and events;

• European programme and project-development services;

• digital materials, resources, templates and recordings; and

• other professional or social-impact services described on the website.

The specific scope, price, timing and deliverables of each purchase are shown on the relevant product or service page, order confirmation, quotation or written agreement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase, or you must have the authorisation of a parent, guardian, employer or organisation legally entitled to enter into the transaction.

Where you purchase on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

3. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product or service.

An order is accepted when EPITOMI issues an order confirmation or otherwise confirms acceptance in writing.

EPITOMI may decline or cancel an order where:

• payment has not been authorised;

• the service or activity is unavailable;

• incorrect pricing or product information was displayed;

• required customer information has not been provided; or

• there is suspected fraud, misuse or unlawful activity.

Where EPITOMI cancels a paid order before delivery, any amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

Applicable taxes, including VAT where required, will be shown at checkout or on the relevant invoice.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods made available at checkout. Payment services may be provided by third-party payment processors and may also be subject to their terms.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, contact and organisational information.

5. Delivery and Performance

Digital content may be delivered by download link, email, customer account or another electronic method.

Training, workshops, consultancy and other services will be delivered according to the dates, scope and arrangements communicated on the relevant page, order confirmation, quotation or service agreement.

Delivery dates and timelines are estimates unless expressly confirmed as binding in writing.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• provide accurate and complete information;

• respond within reasonable timeframes where their input is required;

• use EPITOMI materials lawfully;

• comply with any participation, access or technical requirements; and

• avoid conduct that disrupts training, events, platforms or other participants.

Delays caused by missing, inaccurate or late customer information may affect delivery dates and do not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, all intellectual property rights in EPITOMI materials remain owned by EPITOMI or the relevant licensor.

This includes training materials, presentations, templates, methodologies, graphics, documents, recordings, digital resources and written content.

Customers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use purchased materials for their personal use or the internal use of the purchasing organisation.

Customers must not, without prior written permission:

• resell, sublicense or commercially distribute the materials;

• upload the materials to a public platform;

• remove copyright or ownership notices;

• reproduce substantial parts of the materials for third parties;

• record training sessions or events; or

• represent EPITOMI materials as their own work.

8. Confidentiality

Where consultancy or project-development services involve confidential information, both parties must take reasonable steps to protect information clearly identified as confidential.

This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed or required to be disclosed by law.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation, withdrawal and refund requests are governed by the EPITOMI Return and Refund Policy and any specific terms displayed before purchase or agreed in writing.

10. Third-Party Services

The website or purchased services may include links to, or integrations with, third-party websites, platforms, payment providers or tools.

EPITOMI is not responsible for the availability, security, content or independent practices of third-party services.

11. Liability

EPITOMI will provide its services with reasonable care and skill.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EPITOMI will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profit, opportunity, business, data or anticipated savings.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.

12. Events Outside Our Control

EPITOMI will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances reasonably outside its control, including severe weather, public-health restrictions, transport disruption, internet or platform failure, industrial action, governmental measures or other force majeure events.

Where possible, EPITOMI will notify affected customers and take reasonable steps to provide an alternative date, delivery method or solution.

13. Changes to These Terms

EPITOMI may update these Terms from time to time.

The terms applicable to a purchase are normally those made available when the order was placed, unless a change is required by law or expressly agreed with the customer.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

If you are a consumer, this does not remove any mandatory protections available under the laws of your country of residence.
